Guest Etiquette and Policies

At PalacioBlanco, we strive to provide a serene and enjoyable experience for all our valued guests. To ensure a harmonious atmosphere, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following policies:

  • 1. Quiet Hours and Respectful Behavior: We understand that celebrating and enjoying your stay are important, but we kindly request that noise levels be kept at a considerate level, especially after 11:00 PM. This helps us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, including those in neighboring villas who may be seeking a restful night's sleep.

 

  • 2. No-Pet Policy: To accommodate the diverse preferences of our guests, we maintain a no-pet policy. However, if you require special accommodations due to a service animal or have other pet-related inquiries, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so that we can make suitable arrangements.

 

  • 3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is set at 4:00 PM, allowing our dedicated team to ensure that your villa is prepared to meet your expectations. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this timing. Similarly, we kindly ask that you complete your check-out by 12:00 PM (noon) to enable us to prepare the villa for our next set of guests. Should you require a later check-out, please reach out to our team.

 

  • 4. Enjoy Your Stay Responsibly: We encourage you to fully enjoy your time with us while being mindful of fellow guests and our beautiful surroundings. Please respect our property and facilities, ensuring that they remain in the same condition you found them.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your choice in selecting PalacioBlanco for your upcoming stay. In order to provide clarity and transparency, please take a moment to review our reservation and cancellation policy:

1. No Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation has been confirmed, it falls under our no-cancellation policy. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund structure for cancellations:

  • Cancellations made one month (30 days) or more in advance: A 90% refund of the total booking amount will be processed.

  • Cancellations made one week (7 days) prior to the check-in date: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be processed.

  • Cancellations made less than one week (2-3 days) prior to the check-in date: Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any refund.

2. Modification and Rescheduling: While we encourage our guests to adhere to their original booking dates, we understand that changes may be necessary. We allow modifications and rescheduling of reservations based on availability. Please contact our reservations team as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation.

3. Early Departures: For guests who choose to check out earlier than their reserved departure date, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be provided for the unused nights.
